Recognised as one of Singapore's leading family and divorce law firms
DOT Chambers is a boutique law firm that focuses on family law and wills and estates. Our divorce lawyers in Singapore act in both simplified and contested divorces, including division of matrimonial assets, maintenance and custody, care and control. Our team has more than a decade of experience practising exclusively in family law and has handled thousands of cases.
Our lawyers have an established track record in obtaining significant wins for our clients, including a Court of Appeal decision that increased a client's share of matrimonial assets from 25% to 75%, so the client received $10.2 million instead of $3.4 million. In another High Court matter, we secured 34% of a matrimonial asset pool worth over $8 million for our client, with our client's inheritance monies excluded from division and sole care and control of the children.

Our second five-star recognition is for our wills and estates work. We help clients with will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, grants of probate, letters of administration and deputyship applications. Family and estate planning often go together, and many clients come to us for both.
A competitive year
The 2027 list comprises 100 law firms receiving 328 recognitions across 23 legal fields. Thirteen firms made the list for the first time this year, while some firms recognised in previous editions did not return. We are grateful to be one of the newly recognised firms. This is especially significant as we have received these within our first year of incorporation.
How the list was compiled
The list is based on an independent survey by Statista, which ran from 11 May to 6 July 2026. Around 6,000 lawyers, in-house counsel and clients took part, making more than 12,000 recommendations. Each participant was verified through a company email address, and recommendations for a participant's own firm or associated firms were excluded.
