KEY CONSIDERATIONS

An LPA must be made while you have mental capacity and allows you to choose who will act on your behalf in the future. Early planning provides greater control and peace of mind for both you and your family.

If you lose mental capacity, who will make decisions for you and act in your best interests?

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document through which you know that you are appointing someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf and in your best interest, if you ever lose mental capacity. Without one, your loved ones will have to go through the stress of making a Court application to obtain a deputyship Order.

Our team has prepared and certified numerous LPAs across Singapore. All you need to do is identify the people you trust and consider the scope of powers you wish to grant. We guide you through the process clearly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is properly executed in accordance with Singapore law.

The outcome is a simple but powerful safeguard — one that protects both you and your family from uncertainty and unnecessary legal processes in the future.

Our fee for LPA (Form 1) is $150. Add on a Will for a total of $600.
